ORDER PROCESSING

When in stock (click here for current Quick Ship items), we usually ship within 3-4 business days via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. Out-of-stock items, personalized items, and large orders may take several weeks to arrive.

You will receive a link via e-mail to track your order.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping within the US is free. We charge a flat fee of $25 to ship to Canada.

 

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise. Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@stalwartcrafts.us. Please Include order number, product you would like to return or exchange, and for what reason.

  • We will be in touch within two working days with instructions on how to return or exchange.

  • Please include a printed copy of the email communication and the order number in your return package.

  • When returning a leather apron make sure you roll the product and return it in its original packaging. If we receive the apron folded and damaged we cannot process the exchange or return.

  • Unfortunately, personalized items and gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Unfortunately, sales items cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Exchange or reimbursement will not be made until return is received in good condition.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for returned package to reach our facility. Once received exchange or reimbursement will be processed as quickly as possible.

  • A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed you will receive confirmation via email. Please note that there may be a delay before refund is posted.

  • If the returning item was received as a gift, we will email you a gift credit for the value of your return, after the original item is received in good condition.

  • If applicable, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The costs and liability of returning are at the expense of the customer. We will only reimburse these costs if an incorrect delivery has been made or if the product is defective.
